    Hi Mary Minihan here live blogging from the Sinn Fein ard fheis. The North's First Minister Martin McGuinness addressing the conference. Has said "irrational opposition" to Irish language and culture must end and claims ordinary Unionists are streets ahead of their political leadership.
    Invites people to visit his home town of Derry, which is the UK City of Culture.
    Says the British Cabinet is packed full of millionaires...

    Oh but big cheer for his criticism of dissident Republicans: "I don't recognise any of them...I wonder where they were when there was a war".

    Delegate tells conference the British Govt treats NI as second class when it comes to the economy...now Pearse Doherty is at the podium...says Sinn Fein warned the Govt it was acting in a "morally bankrupt and economically foolish" manner.

    Pearse Doherty says Fianna Fail, Fine Gael and Labour have made a "fine mess". A delegate last night described those three parties as "our own Troika".

    Delegates like Mr Doherty's description of "our Enda, our Eamon and our Micheal" as "the best boys in the class".

    "It's not to late to admit that the austerity experiment has failed and failed miserably," says Pearse Doherty. He says Sinn Fein would grow the country to recovery and make tax decisions that were fair. Those earning about 100,000 would be asked to pay 7 cent more on every euro they earn above that some.

    Sinn Fein would resolve the mortgage crisis, Mr Doherty says.
